Your design
Front embroidery is included. Digitizing your artwork is always free.
Puff works best with blocky letters and simple, bold shapes. It is not a fit for small text, thin lines, or fine detail, since the foam rounds those out. Not sure if your logo works? Leave it on flat and mention puff in the notes, and we will tell you honestly.
3D puff is front only. Any side or back embroidery will be stitched flat.
Front is included. Extra locations add a small per-hat charge. 3D puff applies to the front only; side and back are stitched flat.
One file per location: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, or SVG, up to 10 MB each. Digitizing is free. No file handy? Skip it and email us after.
Thread colors: Unless you tell us otherwise, we match thread colors to your logo. Want something different, like tone-on-tone or matched to the hat? Just mention it in the notes.
Highly detailed designs: Some artwork is too fine to embroider cleanly at hat scale. If yours is on the detailed side, email help@threadbreak.com and we'll talk through the best option, whether that's DTF or patches, along with pricing.
