Refund policy

At Threadbreak, all items are custom made, made to order, or produced in limited quantities. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless a mistake was made on our end.

Examples include:

• Incorrect item received
• Incorrect size or color sent
• Defective or damaged item caused during production

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right if applicable.

Threadbreak is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Carrier delay
• Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
