Our minimum order is 5 hats, and wholesale pricing begins at 10. The more you order, the better the per-hat price. Head to our custom order page to build your order and see live pricing.

We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS files. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) work best for embroidery digitizing, but we can work with most formats. Don't have a file ready? Describe your design on the quote request form and we'll work with you.

Yes, always. After you place your order, we send a digital mockup of your design on the hat for your approval. Once you approve it, we proceed with production. Nothing gets stitched without your sign-off.

Flat stitch sits flush against the fabric, great for detailed logos, small text, and complex designs.

3D puff uses a foam layer under the stitching so the design raises off the hat. Bold and eye-catching, but works best with simple block letters and shapes. Not all designs are compatible with 3D puff, and it carries an additional charge. We'll advise you if your design isn't a good fit.

We carry popular brands including Otto, Richardson, Yupoong, and Atonal, with styles ranging from structured snapbacks to trucker and printed camo 5-panels. All sales are final. Because every hat is made to order, whether premade or custom, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

The only exception is if we made a mistake on our end. If your order arrived wrong or damaged due to an error we made, we'll make it right. Reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll sort it out immediately.

We send a digital mockup for approval before running custom orders for exactly this reason, so both sides are confident before we proceed.

Premade hats are embroidered to order, the design is already set, but each hat is stitched when you order. They typically ship within 2-5 business days with free shipping on every order.

Some premade designs have multiple color variants available, check the product page for options. For a fully custom colorway, that would fall under a custom order. Contact us and we'll figure it out.
