When will I get my order?
Pre-Made Hats:
These hats are kept in stock and the designs are already prepared. Most pre-made orders ship within 1 business day.
Custom Hats:
Custom orders require additional time. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and shipping. Once your order is received, we will contact you via email with an estimated turnaround time and a proof of your design for approval before any work begins. This timeline covers digitizing your artwork, embroidering the hats, and—if necessary—ordering specific hat styles from our distributor. We do our best to keep popular options in stock to speed things up.
Where are your hats made?
All of our hats are designed and stitched in-house right here in Liberty, North Carolina.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders. If you need expedited delivery, we’re happy to help! Just reach out through the contact form with your location and preferred shipping speed, and we’ll provide a quote for the upgrade.
