About the hat
The five-panel 112 has an uninterrupted flat front panel with no centre seam, which makes it the better pick for wider patches. Mesh back, pre-curved bill, adjustable snapback. One size fits most, standard M/L.

Engraved and pressed in-house in Burlington, NC. Production typically takes 2 to 3 weeks after you approve your mockup, and shipping transit time is additional.
How laser engraving works
Every patch starts as a blank sheet of leatherette. Our laser burns through the colored top layer to expose the contrasting base layer underneath, tracing your logo line by line, so the engraving is permanent rather than a print or a sticker. Once it's cut, we heat press it onto the front panel of your hat.
